Initiate Your Return

Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the pet fashion items you wish to send back.

Package Your Items

Ensure the products are in their original condition with all tags attached, then place them securely in the original packaging.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Refund

Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
